Flying W Awards Print a Form to Mail in with Your Tag
All awards purchased from Flying W Awards have an engraving file created at the time of purchase. Awards purchased before July 2015 were filed using a the first line on the header plate (large front plate) on the front of the trophy. Trophies purchased after July 2015 have an ID number on the bottom or back of the award.
