This perpetual award stands at 9" tall and is 5 1/2" wide at the base on all sides A double plate header of black brass over gold and 16 individual black brass tags are also included on this award. The back of the award is blank with room for 8 additional tags making this a 24 year perpetual award. The cost to add 8 tags to the back of this award is $10.00. The engraving on the header plate and 1st tag is included. Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at $2.00 each. The engraving of the header plate and 1st individual tag are included upon purchase at no additional cost. Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at $2.00 each.
